Our Services

CERTIFICATION PACKAGE - $299

Our most comprehensive package is for patients who want to be certified for a Georgia Low-THC Oil Registration Card.

This package includes 3 appointments:

  • You will have one appointment with Dr. Murad, the MMT medical doctor, who will examine you, discuss your medical condition(s) and how cannabis interacts with the human body to improve well-being. She will review your current medications for possible interactions with medical cannabis and tell you whether there is a need to adjust any of them. You will be certified and entered into the Department of Public Health (DPH) database so your Low-THC Oil Registration Card can be processed by the State of Georgia.
  • You will also have one session with the Cannabis Consultant which will take place right after you meet with Dr. Murad. She is very knowledgeable about the different cannabinoids and which ones are best for treating which ailments. She will identify safe CBD products that, when taken with the Low-THC products, can help create the entourage effect which will mitigate your ailments until you pick up your Card from DPH.
  • A second session with the Cannabis Consultant will take place after you have picked up your Card from a DPH office. Dr. Murad and the Cannabis Consultant work together to develop an individual treatment plan customized especially for you. The Cannabis Consultant will review your specific plan with you and guide you through the process of identifying and obtaining the Low-THC products you need. You will also be instructed on how to use CBD with Low-THC which increases the effectiveness of the treatment.

NON-CERTIFICATION PACKAGE - $199

This package is for patients who already have their Georgia Low-THC Oil Registration Card but need help in finding the best Low-THC products.

This package includes 2 appointments:

  • You will have one appointment with Dr. Murad, the MMT medical doctor, who will review your qualifying condition and your current treatment. She will also review your list of medications to evaluate the potential for drug interactions with medical cannabis and alert you if any of your medications need to be adjusted.
  • You will also have one appointment with the Cannabis Consultant who will review your individual treatment plan with you and guide you through the process of identifying and obtaining the Low-THC products you need to address your specific issues. You will also be instructed on how to use safe CBD with Low-THC to increase the effectiveness of the treatment.

PRODUCT ADVISORY SERVICES - $99

This option is for patients who do not have a qualifying condition but could still benefit from the use of CBD products and need help finding the most effective ones.

This package includes 1 appointment:

  • During this appointment, the Cannabis Consultant will advise you on which CBD products would offer you the most relief for your particular ailments. She will also discuss with you the various methods of utilizing CBD and dosing strengths to determine the optimal CBD treatment plan for you.
  • Prior to your appointment, Dr. Murad, the MMT medical doctor, will review your current medications for possible interactions with CBD. This information will be communicated to you by the Cannabis Consultant during your appointment.
  • Our Cannabis Consultant will help you navigate the huge unregulated field of CBD products to identify which ones are safe, can be trusted to contain what they say they do and do not contain hidden ingredients, and are the most therapeutic.

Card Renewal Service - $249

This option is only for existing patients
whom we certified previously.

This service includes 2 appointments:

  • We can renew your certification for your Low-THC Oil Registration Card if we certified you for your existing card. When your card is within one month of expiring, make a Card Renewal appointment with us.
  • You will have 1 appointment with Dr. Murad, the MMT medical doctor, who will evaluate your health status since utilizing medical marijuana and whether the Low-THC products you currently take are the best ones for your condition. She will also review any changes in your current medications to identify potential interactions with cannabis.
  • You will also have 1 appointment with the Cannabis Consultant who will evaluate the efficacy of the current cannabis products you take and determine if there are any other Low-THC products that would be more effective.

Request Product Advisory Services

If we did not certify you previously:

  • We do not have an option to renew if we did not initially certify you because Dr. Murad, the MMT medical doctor, is not your doctor of record in the Georgia Department of Public Health Low-THC Registry. Therefore, we would not have access to your record in the Registry in order to update it.
  • Since we can only renew the patients we certified to begin with, you would have to start from the beginning with our Certification Package so that we could certify you.
  • Once we verify your qualifying condition, we can certify you and enter your name in the Low-THC Registry. At that point, Dr. Murad would be the doctor of record for your certification.
  • Once we certify you, we would be able to renew your certification in the future when your Card expires.
